AN aide to Bayelsa State governor, Seriake Dickson, has been
kidnapped in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

The Guardian gathered that the victim, Captain Henry Ungbuku
(rtd) is the Special Adviser on Aviation to the Bayelsa State governor.
