Honda Manufacturing to join trade fair to boost Nigeria’s economy

Honda Manufacturing Nigeria Limited has promised to participate in the Lagos International Trade Fair with the aim of supporting Nigeria’s economic growth.

Speaking at its press conference at Honda Manufacturing Headquarters, Ota, Ogun State, the Head of Sales, Marketing and Business at Honda Manufacturing Nigeria, Mr. Remi Adams, said Honda sees the trade fair as a valuable opportunity to engage directly with customers, showcase their latest innovations, and strengthen their presence in the Nigerian market, as it allows the company to offer great deals and connect with business partners and the general public.

He stressed that with these plans on the ground, it would help to improve Nigeria’s economic growth in Lagos and across the country.

Adams said the exhibition will feature Honda’s full range of products, including its latest automobiles, motorcycles, and power products.

The brand’s presence at the fair underscores Honda’s commitment to innovation, reliability, and improving everyday mobility for Nigerians.

He said, in addition, it would be an avenue for the company to showcase its wide product lineup. Honda will be offering exclusive trade fair discounts on select vehicles and power products throughout the event.

He explained that the company recognises the extra effort customers make to visit the fair, which is why they are offering additional discounts beyond their regular end-of-year sales promotions.

Adams noted that customers who visit the Honda stand and register their details will have 30 days to visit the showroom and enjoy the special discounts offered at the trade fair. The company aims to make its products more accessible to customers and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users.

The Head of Sales also highlighted Honda’s advanced safety features now available in the Nigerian market, particularly in models like the CR-V and Accord Pilot. These vehicles come equipped with Honda Sensing technology, which includes automatic emergency braking systems that alert drivers and can automatically brake to prevent collisions.

Speaking on the upcoming exhibition, Factory Manager Shoji Suzuki said the Lagos International Trade Fair provides an excellent platform for the company to connect directly with their customers, showcase their engineering excellence, and offer them great value. “We are excited to be part of this event and look forward to welcoming visitors to the Honda stand.”

The Manager said Honda invites the general public, business partners, and stakeholders to visit its exhibition stand to experience the brand’s quality, technology, and trusted performance.
