‘It is not easy to defend my administration’
• Buhari Admits As BMO Pays Him Courtesy Visit
President Muhammadu Buhari has acknowledged that defending him and his administration, especially against the backdrop of mounting opposition, is a herculean task.
Buhari, who stated this yesterday when he met with members of the Buhari Media Organisation (BMO), who paid him a courtesy visit at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, added that his position was predicated on his fear over the enormous resources he said was at the disposal of the opposition and the quantum, which the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) may not be able to match.
He, however, thanked members of the group for their sacrifices and commitment to his cause, even as he sympathised with them for losing their friends in a bid to support him without any financial benefit.
The BMO was the media outfit of the APC campaign team in 2015, which was named Buhari Media Support Organisation.
