Ivory League Holds Lecture On Cancer

THE Ivory League of Progress, a socio-philanthropic organisation holds its annual lecture today at Ikeja Country Club, Lagos.

The lecture which focuses on the scourge of cancer for this year’s edition with the theme, “Prostate and Breast Cancer” will be delivered by Dr. Sunday Soyemi, a consultant pathologist at the Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, Lagos.

According to the club’s president, Mr. Bruce Malogo, Ivory League is zeroing in on cancer because of its devastating effects in Nigeria particularly, and generally across the world.
