Joseph Omojolowo gets Outstanding Community Philanthropist Award
A MEDIA outfit, The Gladiator Magazine, recently honoured the Chairman of De-Roadlink Ventures Ltd., Chief Joseph Oladipupo Omojolowo with an Outstanding Community Philanthropist, in recognition of his contributions to the society.
Omojolowo thankedt he said the organisers of the award, adding that they must have seen one or two things he did to deserve the honour. “The little God has given me the power to do for my community is the reason for this award,” he said.
Meanwhile, Omojolowo was instrumental to the building and maintenance of the wooden bridge linking Igando with Ayobo community in Alimosho area of Lagos.
He has given out many tricycles popularly called Keke Marwa to the less- privileged persons to pay by installments. He has also graded some roads in the community, provided transformers to boost power supply in the community. The Ilaje, Ondo State-born business mogul was excited that the award was well-deserved. He is married with children.
