Kogi West APC candidate reassures on infrastructure, economy
All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer for Kogi West senatorial district, Sunday Karimi, has said his pact with the people is to attract infrastructure and economic development to his constituent.
The senatorial hopeful, in a statement entitled ‘My Pact with the Kogi West People’, assured his constituents that his tenure would redefine representation and service to the people.
Karimi, who identified one of the biggest challenges in a political space as trust, lamented that people now see politicians as people, who make promises just to win elections, after which the masses are neglected.
He, however, said he was boasting a track record of delivery pedigree the people are familiar with.
“I was in the House of Representatives for two terms, and in that federal constituency, we are campaigning with what those opportunities afforded us to do for our people.”
“Going into the Senate, the stakes are expected to be higher. Our senatorial district has three federal constituencies. We must unite our people with the spirit of equity in sharing opportunities,” he stated.
