
The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Kwara State Governor on New Media, Olayinka Fafoluyi, has been honoured with the Associate Membership of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
This officially recognizes Fafoluyi as a registered practitioner, further solidifying his esteemed career in digital marketing and public relations.
Before his latest recognition by ARCON, the apex regulatory body for advertising in the country, Fafoluyi had established a notable career as a digital marketing and public relations expert, with experience spanning various sectors, including media and agriculture.
This background has been instrumental in his contributions to the Kwara State administration’s communication strategies.
Fafoluyi, an alumnus of the University of Ilorin for his Bachelor’s Degree, furthered his education at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ), where he earned a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Journalism.
Additionally, Fafoluyi enhanced his expertise with a Certificate in Fundamental Skills in Digital Marketing from Google, underscoring his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
Receiving the award from ARCON was regarded by many as a significant milestone in Fafoluyi’s career.

He expressed delight in being pivotal in driving Governor AbdulRazaq’s digital communication initiatives by ensuring that the administration’s messages are effectively conveyed to the public through various digital platforms.
