The Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development in collaboration with Pelse Consulting has reaffirmed to put policies and programme in place in making youths entrepreneurs.
The managing partner of Pelse Consulting, Boboye Adeniji who disclosed this yesterday said the programme, which is ‘Amplifier Business Clinic’, would give opportunity for youth who are in the creative and tech space to elevate their business, enhance their expertise, and gain valuable insights from industry leaders.
He adds: “Through the conscious efforts of the Ministry of Youth and Social Development, young people who are into Photography/videography, Digital marketing, Brand management, Graphics Design, and copywriting among others will be provided business growth training, and the opportunity to get operational asset support to enhance their productivity in building a profitable enterprise.
Adeniji also added that the programme which would start on September 8 and 10, 2023 will see participants receive a powerful startup toolkit to supercharge their entrepreneurial journey. The training will cover Financial management, Fundamentals of running a successful business, Legal considerations for business growth, Leadership & Team management, and specialized sessions focused on building a great brand in the selected industries.
The ultimate goal is to support the growth of the SMEs focusing on young people who are actively involved in this space to build a profitable and scalable enterprise that can help grow the economy of the nation.
He noted that application for the programme ends today, September 7, 2023.
