I am sure compassionate Gov Ambode will never support forfeiting vehicles for traffic offenses .What happens if some of the drivers of those cars are not the owners of the vehicles.Imagine if the driver is a salaried Driver, who will just take off after putting the real owner in such deep trouble.Wicked Drivers may even commit the offense deliberately to settle a score .The Law cannot be that stupid !Let them pay the fines. The car cannot drive itself ,it should not even be seized,It is the Driver who should be arrested and detained and made to face the Law.
