Michael and Cecilia Ibru University (MCIU) will hold its first convocation ceremony and third founder’s Annual Memorial Lecture on Thursday, September 5 at MCIU, Agbarha-Otor. Ughelli North, Delta State.

The guest lecturer, who is the president, Galilee Management Institute, Israel, Joseph Yossie Shevel will deliver a lecture titled, “Jump-starting the Nigerian Economy Using the Israeli Model with particular reference to Human capital.” The Chairman of the event is the President General, Urhobo Progressive Union Worldwide, Olorogun Moses O. Taiga.
