Brainiacs STEAM and Robotics, in collaboration with the Association of Professional Women Engineers (APWEN) and Gearhub, through its ‘Girls in STEAM Education Bootcamp’ is training girls in STEAM for jobs of the future and to close the gender gap in STEAM education.

STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.

The bootcamp, holding in Kano State, was aimed at introducing young girls to different modules of STEAM education that would spark their interest to secure their future in a fast-paced evolving world.

Founder of Brainiacs STEAM and Robotics, Musa Mohammed, said the bootcamp would continue to champion STEAM education for girls through its innovative projects in STEAM education, from coding to robotics, game design, animation and virtual reality.
