The party, in a statement signed by the Publicity Secretary, Mr. Jonathan Vatsa said that the lesson inherent in observing the fast is that with patience, the faith of man in Allah as the ultimate could be strengthened no matter the pains and sufferings, just as there is hope for the best at the end of every travail.

In a statement made available to newsmen in Minna on yesterday, the senator urged all adherents of Islam to follow the exemplary deeds of the Holy Prophet which centred on love, peace and tranquility among the people, stressing that “We should be reminded that the development we are yearning for can only be possible in the presence of peace and harmony.”
APC stated that with divine lessons of patience, brotherliness, togetherness, peace and sacrifice, the people should support the APC governments at all levels as they strive to remedy the rot caused by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) over the years, adding that the party will continue to be committed to what is in the interest and overall good of the state.
