The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Avila Naturalle, a leading manufacturer of natural skincare products in Africa, Dr. Temitope Mayegun has won social entrepreneur of the year award at the African Women Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum (AWEIF) 2024 Conference held at Johannesburg, South Africa.

The AWEIF Awards aimed at recognize and celebrate outstanding women entrepreneurs and innovators who are making a positive impact in their communities and the African continent.
The Social Entrepreneur of the Year award is given to entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptional social impact, innovation, and leadership in their business.
While receiving the award, Avila Naturalle’s CEO, Dr. Temitope Mayegun, expressed profound gratitude to the organisers of the conference, as she highlighted the significance of the recognition to the company and its vision to impact lives positively through across Africa. “We are truly humbled and honoured to receive this prestigious award”.
