Anambra govt demolishes kidnappers’ hideout, uncovers shrine
The Anambra State Government has reportedly demolished a hideout belonging to kidnappers and uncovered their shrine.
According to a post shared on X by the Anambra State New Media on Saturday, the government carried out the operation in its bid to stop criminal activities in the South-Eastern state.
“The Anambra State Government identified the building as Udoka Golden Point Hotel and Suites, also referred to as ‘La Cruise Hotel,'” the post read.
“The building, which disguises as a hotel, is located along the Onitsha-Owerri Road in Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area of the state and is used for kidnapping and other criminal activities.”
The Anambra State New Media added that the hotel has over 30 well-partitioned graves on the last floor, along with a shrine.
