IN accordance with the mission of Awesome Treasures Foundation (ATF) to raise transformational leaders for National Renaissance, the faith-based NGO has urged Nigerians to vote their conscience in the forthcoming 2015 elections.

This patriotic call was made by the ATF founder, Architect Olajumoke Adenowo, at the foundation’s January 2015 Summit which held on January 25 at the MUSON centre in Lagos.

The foundation’s first summit for the year was inspiring, exciting and a refreshing time of teaching and prophetic prayers. It was an authentic cross-over for year 2015 and beyond.

The convener, Architect Adenowo, who recently featured on CNN as Africa’s Starchitect, in her signature manner delivered a catalytic message. She implored every citizen of the country to contribute his or her quota in Nation building especially during this election. She enjoined all to acquire their Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) in order to exercise their civic duty by voting their conscience.

She also charged Nigerians to wake up from apathy and take their destiny in their hands while swiftly warning voters to abstain from being paid by corrupt politicians for endorsement as such an act would attract the wrath of God.

Beyond her thought-provoking teachings and insights on the impact of leadership on nation-building, she invited Jimi Tewe and Steve Harris both consultants and role models amongst the youth, to join their voice with hers in the charge and also in prayers. The crowd of 1000 people was visibly inspired and enthusiastic during the prayer session.

The summit was well attended by people from all walks of life. In attendance were Mr. Korede Adenowo, Managing Director, Regional Head of Financial Institutions for West and Central Africa at Standard Chartered Bank, Mrs. Bimpe Bamgbose Martins, President of Strategy for Mentoring Initiative and Leadership Empowerment (S.M.I.L.E), Justice Oke Lawal and Justice Sola Williams, Lagos State Judges and ATF Board of Trustees members, Tara Fela-Durotoye CEO of House of Tara International, Jimi Tewe CEO of Inspiro Consulting, Steve Harris Managing Consultant, Edge-ecution, Emmy Madubuko, Wife of the Founder of Revival Assembly Church and the summit was compered by Ufuoma Ejenobor McDermott, Nollywood Actress, Presenter and Model.

The summit was agog with melodious sounds of upbeat gospel music by Modele who kept the crowd dancing.

Participants and members of the foundation who shared their feedback, commented on  the impact of the work on their orientation and the relevance of non-partisan and non-denominational platforms in leadership development for national renaissance.
