The Biosah family of No. 1 Umuolo Street, Onicha Ugbo, Delta State, has announced the passing of their patriarch, Chief Roland Ogugua Biosah (MBE), who died at 80.

Chief Biosah, a respected figure in his community, will be honoured with a series of burial events beginning with a wake to Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. at the Biosah family compound in Onicha Ugbo. The interment will take place the following day, Friday, November 8, with the body departing Issele-Uku Morgue at 10:00 a.m. for final rites and burial.

The family has also scheduled an Iya Ego Day celebration for Saturday, November 9, at noon, followed by a Thanksgiving Mass on Sunday, November 10, at 9:00 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church, Onicha Ugbo.
