NOTWITHSTANDING the campaigns against his emergence, the Unification Leader of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) Worldwide, Olatosho Oshoffa, yesterday promised to unite the different factions in the celestial fold.

Olatosho, being the 20th son of the CCC pastor and founder, Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa, said he had the Divine backing to bring all celestials back into one fold.

Olatosho, who was at the CCC Progress Cathedral, Province Headquarters, Itele-Awori Aparadija Ayobo area of Ogun State, to celebrate the feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary, promised that he would not only take care of all the shepherds, he would unite them and lead the sheep of the flock in one fold.

It would be recalled that Olatosho had two weeks ago announced self as the new “divinely ordained” spiritual head of the church. But his emergence had been flayed by his siblings and the CCC’s Board of Trustees as an act of rebellion.

Undeterred by the development, Olatosho reiterated another of his plans to complete the CCC Cathedral at Imeko in five years, being one of the founding heritages of the Celestial Church worldwide.

According to him: “Since the death of my father, SBJ Oshoffa about 30 years now, our holy church has suffered a great deal and has not witnessed real development but the Lord has anointed me to bring back our lost glory.”

“My major mission is to unite the church and bring everybody back to one fold. I will ensure that within five years, the Cathedral at Imeko is completed. This is part of my mission as the anointed leader of C.C.C.”

Olatosho who lost his 80-year-old mother, Elizabeth Oshoffa a few days ago, thanked all members and shepherds of the Celestial Church for their support and prayers and for accepting the change that God has given to them, saying, in a not too distant future, the church would be properly positioned.

Host Shepherd and Province Head of Progress Cathedral, Superior Senior Evangelist S. A Adebanjo (JP) thanked God for giving celestial church Rev. Olatosho, even as he confirmed that his emergence as the new leader of the church was Divine.
