RCCG Region 11, Lagos 8th annual youth convention 2022 holds this Saturday

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), the Young Adults and Youth Affairs of Region 11, (also known as the Blessed Family) is now set for the 8th edition of its annual youth Convention with the theme: MOVE FORWARD.

The event will climax on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 8 am at the RCCG Regional 11 headquarters, Resurrection Parish, No 1, Resurrection Drive, 1st Gate, Jakande Estate, KM15 Lekki-Epe Expressway Lekki, Lagos, will bring all the provinces under the region together in what is termed a mega Convention.

The Convention is a platform to equip the new generation of leaders with impactful teachings and stimulate them spiritually to align with plausible steps to attain tangible goals so that they can move forward in life.
According to the Pastor in charge of the Region, Pastor Charles Kpandei, this year’s edition is a “great convergence of youths who will be nurtured and guided to greater achievements”.

Speakers expected at the Convention include: Pastor Tunji Adeboyejo, Pastor Belemina Obunge, Pastor Alex Tapere and Pastor Femi Aminu.. The keynote speaker for this edition is Pastor Charles Kpandei, the Head of the Blessed family and Pastor in charge of Region 11

According to the organisers, the Convention is a three-day event which kicks off on Friday, 9th September 2022 with Sports and light up crusade at 4 pm. The main Convention holds on Saturday 10th September 2022 at 8am at the Regional headquarters, while special thanksgiving service will hold on Sunday 11th September 2022 across all parishes in the Region 11 at 11am.

According to the Head, Media Committee of the Convention, Pastor Godwin Osademe, the general public is invited to this Convention because it promises to reshape spiritual lives of participants and redirects them to a progressive path in life. Side Attraction include special guest appearance of the sensational guest artiste, Bidemi Olaoba. In addition, free lunch will be served to all participants at the Convention.
