The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is to begin issuance of electronic Initial Public Offering (e-IPO) for the nation’s capital market next year.

The Acting Executive Commissioner, Corporate Services, Henry Uduk, stated this yesterday at the SEC Journalists Academy in Uyo.

IPO is the selling of securities to the public in the primary market.
