In an effort to restore sight and transform lives, the Olabode Fayemiro Foundation in partnership with the esteemed Eye Foundation Hospital have launched a transformative initiative, “Bringing Clear Vision to 2,000 Lives.”
The aim of the initiative is to provide free eye care and surgeries to individuals with limited access to healthcare in Ibadan and Ondo, with plans to expand its reach to other states across Nigeria.
The foundation also aims to restore sight and transform lives through accessible eye care.

According to the foundation, by offering free eye exams, screenings, and cataract surgeries, they empower individuals to overcome visual impairments and live life to the fullest.
Speaking about the programme, Olabode Fayemiro, president of the foundation said the programme consists of health talks, eye tests, screening and free cataract surgeries.
“There will be educational sessions on eye health and prevention, thorough examinations to identify potential vision problems will be met and surgical interventions to restore vision for those suffering from cataracts,” he said.

The foundation he said is committed to reaching out to communities and ensuring that those in need have access to this vital healthcare.
