We’re On Rescue Mission, Says Lalong

Plateau state Governor, Simon Lalong, said the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led administration is on a rescue mission and would proffer solutions to the myriad of problems in the state.

Plateau state Governor, Simon Lalong, said the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led administration is on a rescue mission and would proffer solutions to the myriad of problems in the state.

Lalong stated this while swearing in the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Rufus Bature, his Chief of Staff, John Dafaan, Deputy Chief of staff, Silas Vem, Director-General of Research, Planning and Documentation, Prof. John Wade, the Chairman of Langtang North, Daniel Ibrahim Dul, Director Press and Public Affairs, Emmanuel Samuel Nanle, among other aides at the Main Conference Hall, Government House, Rayfield, Jos.

According to him, “This ceremony is a milestone in the process of setting up a responsive administration that is committed to making a difference in Plateau state and in the lives of our people based on the change our people sought and got through the polls.”

“The appointees have been carefully chosen in line with our change philosophy of ensuring credible and inclusive government which will guarantee value addition.”

Lalong also appealed to the good people of Plateau State to leave behind all that took place in the past and rally round the government as a new vista of opportunity is open for citizens.
