NSCDC boss emerges head of administrative think tank

COMMANDANT General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Dr. Ahmed Audi has emerged as the 4th President of the Institute of Registered Administrative Managers in Nigeria (IRAMN) at a recent meeting of the body.

Audi’s emergence as President is expected to advance the practice of administration management, social responsibility, and professionalism in Nigeria.

A statement by the Public Relations Officer (PRO), NSCDC, Babawale Afolabi, quoted Audi saying, ”During my tenure of office we shall work hard to explore opportunities available to uplift the standards of the institute and also make efforts to advance the quality of service and research to enhance knowledge and administrative concerns in our quest for excellence for members and the general public.”

Audi assured of his commitment to uphold the ideals of the institute, and buil on the legacy left for members by his predecessors.

While administering the oath of office, the institute’s Solicitor, Barr Imokhe Imolire, charged the institute’s Registrar, Dr Oboigbe Victor, on strategies to better the future of the institute and guides that would better tye performance of the President.

Also, Fellow and member of the Governing Council of the Institute, Dr Izegaegbe Ehikhueeme, said Audi is competent.

Meanwhile National President, Association of Licensed Private Security Practitioners of Nigeria (ALPSPN), Chris Adigwu said Audi is known for performance excellence, and service delivery especially as the CG of the NSCDC as he has shown exceptional leadership.

In a chat with our reporter, he said “Dr. Audi’s extensive experience will significantly contribute to the advancement of the institute’s ideals.”
