National Youth Council of Nigeria, Europe chapter has appointed Mr Owen Osakpolor Idemudia as coordinator of Nigeria youths in Italy.
Idemudia, is a native of Ovia, Southwest Edo State, Nigeria. A professional Italian-trained chef with a diploma in restaurant and hotel management. He is the Chief Executive Officer of ID Ventures.
On appointment, he assured unity and integration among Nigerian youths in Italy.
“It is an honour to contribute to NYCN in Italy, I will bring the youth together and develop common ties among the Nigerian youths, promote the enjoyment of fundamental human rights and protect the social and economic well-being of Nigerians in Italy.
He promised to enhance youth participation in the overall development process.
“I have played a vital role in supporting youth’s empowerment both in diaspora and Nigeria and I will not relent to continue making life easier for the youth in my territory,” he said.
The Governor, NYCN, Europe Chapter, Collins Idahosa, congratulated the newly appointed Italy coordinator and advised him to be effective.

“With the appointment, you must submit periodic reports to Mr. Governor for regular appraisal. We are hopeful, you will bring your wealth of experience to bear in the development of every Nigerian youth in your domain,” he said.
