Ogun Allocates 1,000 C-of-O To Beneficiaries

OGUNAS part of activities marking its 40th anniversary, Ogun State government has distributed 1,000 Certificates of Occupancy (C-of-O) to the 11th batch of Homeowners’ Charter Programme beneficiaries.

Presenting the titled documents to the elated beneficiaries at the Arcade Ground, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, the State Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Arch. Olamilekan Adegbite, represented by the Director of Administration and Supply, Mr. Dolapo Adewunmi, said thousands of people have become real landlords under the Ibikunle Amosun led- government.

A statement signed by the ministry’s information officer, Passover Adeshina, said the process of obtaining the documents are convenient and affordable for the citizens, noting that due process was followed, for the exercise to be a success.

Adegbite assured that other qualified applicants under the scheme would soon receive their title documents.
