NIGERIANS have been urged to always identify with the orphans, the underprivileged and needy in the society, especially with the present hardship in the country.

The founder and Primate of the Evangelical Church of Yahweh, Apostle Prophet Theophilus Oluwasanu Olabayo gave the charge in Lagos, during commemoration of his 70th birthday celebration, which commences on Wednesday, February 24th, 2016 with a visit to the Motherless Babies’ Home, Anthony Village and the Old People’s Home, Yaba.

Olabayo who disclosed that he decided to celebrate with the needy, said giving is a duty that should be performed by all, irrespective of our race, tribe or religion, adding that the celebration continues on Saturday, February 27th 2016 with his third Annual Colloquium, with the theme: Prophets: The Ministry, The Gift, The Calling.  

He noted that it is always his joy to put smiles on the faces of people who are underprivileged, noting that it is by so doing that “we can win the heart of God as a nation.”

The celebration will be rounded off with a Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, February 28, 2016, at the church headquarters, Mende, Maryland, Lagos.
