Oluchibuchi Njere wins Lagoon School’s Overall Best Graduating Student

THE 15th graduation ceremony for the 2015/2016 outgoing students of the Lagoon Schools, Lekki, was held recently in Lagos.

THE 15th graduation ceremony for the 2015/2016 outgoing students of the Lagoon Schools, Lekki, was held recently in Lagos.

Parents, guardians, guests and well-wishers were present to celebrate with the students as awards were given to the Top 5 graduating students as well as the Top 5 since SS1.

A friend school, Kaplan International College, expressing their long-standing relationship with Lagoon and its commitment to encourage excellence in academics, presented certificates of achievement and laptops to the Best Graduating Student in English, Oluchibuchi Njere, who also happened to be the  Overall Best Graduating Student and the Best Graduating Student in Mathematics/Further Mathematics, Toluwanimi Makinwa.

Highlight of the event was the message by the Special Guest of Honour, former Governor of Lagos State, Babatunde Raji Fashola.

Other special moments were the performances by the students, testimonies by past students and the handing over of badges to the incoming prefects.
