Nigeria’s continuing dependence on oil as a sole economic resource while neglecting over 40 other mineral resources has attracted the attention of concerned citizens, who have argued for the economy to be diversified so as to engender growth and development. Also, government has been urged to curtail the threat terrorism poses to the country so that meaningful economic activities could take place.

These were some of the views expressed at the 37th National Convention of Neo-Black Movement of Africa, which was held in Lekki Peninsula Resort Lekki, Lagos. The convention has ‘Focused on the Future, Investing on our Community, Health, Wealth and Self’ as theme.

In his lecture, Dr. Odeworitse Itseghare, said Nigeria has no fewer than 41 mineral deposits in vast commercial quantities apart from crude oil and which were yet to be exploited. He noted that there had been improved political and social stability coupled with economic reforms in many countries, which had led to increase in Foreign Direct Investment into many African countries especially from China.

According to him, “several African economies have been amongst the world’s fastest growing since 2011, though with the current downturn in the price of crude oil many, including Nigeria, are going through severe economic problems. Nonetheless, it is within this period under review that Nigeria became the largest economy in Africa outstripping South Africa and Egypt, with even the economy of Lagos being much bigger than that of Kenya”.

This growth rate, Itseghare added, accounted for the facilitation and diffusion of information technology particularly in the use and availability of the mobile telephony.

Also, the National President of NBM of Africa, Bemigho Eyeoyibo said it was an exciting time for the organization to continue to grow and adapt to an ever changing world while remaining relevant and true to Pan-African ideals.

Also, former Head of NBM from Benin Zone, Ambassador Mayor Onyebueke, told The Guardian that it was a delegates’ convention with representatives from all the 36 states and the Diaspora, who had gathered to rub minds and grow the organisation. Onyebueke maintained that the situation in the country, with the young losing focus and most of them becoming hopeless, there was need to educate, guild and empower them to work hard for the future. He tasked them to be hopeful and not to think that life had come to an end.

Moreso, Nigerian leaders have been charged to tackle terrorism, saying the menace had continued to bring sorrow, untimely death and poverty to several families and consequent dislocation of society.

This was the observation of Dr. Anthony Orunkoya who spoke on ‘Terrorism and Arms Conflict- Threat to the Present and the Future’.

He advocated ways of curbing insurgency to include employment, provision of infrastructural facilities, good and proper education, good governance and accountability, provision of CCTV in all the nooks and crannies of the country and fortifying the country’s porous borders.

First of all, Nigeria needs to eradicate the Neo Black Movement aka Black Axe Cult. Secondly, Nigeria needs to eradicate corrupt media which collect money from this mafia to publish their image laundering garbage such as the confused article above. That would go a long way in ridding the country of all sorts of crime, lunacy and anti-democratic activities.

The Guardian should be ashamed at printing such dangerous, misleading and uninformed propaganda.

    Let’s be objective.

    1) This is an article relating to the Neo Black Movement. This organisation is illegal under Nigerian law. It is a mafia with it’s dirty paws in government, the judiciary, the police, in business, in banking and evidently the media too. Whatever they decide to call themselves today (be it: NBM of Africa, the Neo Black Movement, the Black Axe) they have for good reason been deemed illegal by law. It should be an offence for the The Guardian to promote such a mafia.

    2) The article quotes the NBM’s National Head: Bemigho Eyeoyibo. Mr Bemigho is a crook of the highest order. Not least for been head of an evil criminal mafia and a shameless 419 thief. Whatever he decides to call himself today (be it: Bemigho Eyeoyibo, Augustus Bemigho-Eyeoyibo, Bemuda or his Black Axe name ‘Lord Aare Ona Kankanfo’) he is a criminal as dictated by law. It should be an offence for the The Guardian to promote such a mafia boss.

    3) The article quotes the former National Head: Dr Mayor Onyebueke. The article states he is an “Ambassador”. He is an Ambassador of evil, an Ambassador of criminality and an Ambassador of corruption. Whatever he decides to call himself today (be it: Dr Mayor Onyebueke, Ambassador Onyebueke or his Black Axe name ‘Lord Patrice Lumumba) Dr Mayor Onyebueke, during his term as National Head of the NBM, accepted over 50 million Naira from Lucky Igbinedion to ensure a PDP victory and see Lucky Igbinedion elected as Governor. Ambassador Onyebueke achieved this by mobilizing his NBM thugs to intimidate, beat and kill Lucky Igbinedion’s opponents and rig the election. It should be an offence for the The Guardian to promote such a corrupt creature.

    4) The article implies the NBM can lead Nigeria into a “terror-free society”. The article’s headline looks outrageous to those aware that the NBM membership (aside from comprising: drug traffickers, murderers, kidnappers, robbers, pedophiles, thieves and fraudsters etc etc) consists of actual terrorists. Above the campus level hooligans (1st tier temple ayes), above the backbone of criminality (2nd level Zonal “Lords”), above the mafia leadership (3rd tier consisting of the National Head Bemigho Eyeoyibo and members of his ‘Executive Council of Elders’ like Dr Mayor Onyebueke) lies a secretive 4th tier.

This 4th tier contains such members as the Edo State Attorney General, high ranking federal politicians and members of the judiciary. These are members of Nigerian society charged with the responsibility of bringing members of the Neo Black Movement to justice. However they don’t. In fact quite the opposite. They enable this mafia organisation to loot the country, enable this mafia to kill with impunity, enable this mafia to escape arrest and prosecution and enable this mafia to promote it’s lies and propaganda through newspapers such as The Guardian.

This 4th tier of the NBM even consists of such barbaric and murderous war lords as the Liberia Monster: PRINCE YORMIE JOHNSON!!! Whatever he decides to call himself today (be it: Senator Johnson, Pastor Johnson, Warlord Johnson) he is one of the world’s greatest criminals and murderers. An organisation which includes such cannibals, terrorists and war criminals should not be in a position to offer advice on how to lead Nigeria into a “terror-free society”. It should be an offence for the The Guardian to promote such terrorists.

It should be an offence for the The Guardian to not tell the whole truth.

    Shame on you!

You were expelled from the NBM for your criminal activities, you have now resorted to the internet to peddle falsehood.

EVIL TOBIAS. If Uche Tobias & Co thinks the information they are promulgating against the name of NBM are true, then let him show his face and tell the world while he is promulgating all the information against NBM. To the best of my knowledge there is no successful organisation who do not have an enemy. Enemy is everywhere even you as an individual has an enemy. Uche Tobias is an enemy and foe to NBM Organisation cause I see no reason why a faceless person will be promulgating wrong information against a great organisation like NBM. NBM is a registered organisation which I believe very soon the world is going to feel the impact of NBM Organisation. If Uche Tobias thinks or feel the registration of NBM is illegal under Nigeria Law then let him come out openly and face NBM and Nigeria Law. Instead of blemishing the great name of NBM. NBM as come to stay and long live NBM.

Uche or what ever you are called, deserve not to be alive because you are judging what you don’t know. I pity you and ur generation. Your end is destruction as the bible talk. You are an evil doer by trying to tanish other people’s image and personality. Go ahead and continue your lies and propaganda. Your end is destruction mr betrayers. Long live NBM.

Dear Faceless coward Code name Uche Tobias from the analysis above concerning the Great Neo Black Movement of Africa you seems to be have an assuming in-dept and palpable, analytic information of the perceived anomalies in the Organization because you were a mole in the organisation , a wolf in sheep clothing that played a prominent role in what you claimed about the Great Organization .You think you can rat the organization before the public glare via media publicity by making antagonistic comments alongside with the positive and progressive wheel of success the Great Organisation has made so far in the areas of Health , charitable deeds and the 360 degree change that is the main Focus of the Great Organization . One thing i must assure you is that you will end up nose diving from a pinnacle of boom to an abysmal level of doom because coward they say dies many time before their death . Furthermore your above comments is a mendacious sovereign of a terminological in-exactitude because no matter how much you write it is not an obtainable evidence to be tendered in a competent court of Justice , you should be aware of the recent Victory of the Organization in the High Court that Security Agencies should back off from harassing, embarrassing and intimidating members of the great Organization until they can provide a substantiating evidence against the Organisation I don’t have more to say but to quote Jesus Christ verbatim when he was asked (are you the savior of mankind ?) he said and I quote go and tell them that the Deaf hears the lame walks and the Blind sees , Uche Tobias go and tell the world that NBM has broken the shackles , the yokes , the scales in the eyes , the chains in other to liberate mankind from nepotism , Tribalism, corruption, bad governments, xenophobic racism and the face-less boko harams like you that are not brave enough but show cowardice in times needed . You better decide where to reside so that you will not Cap-side along the roadside . Long Live NBM Long Live Uhuru Long Live Equality and Justice for mankind

This call from NBM of Africa is commendable, especially
coming under the leadership of Mr Bemigho. He must continue his campaign to rid
the organisation of bad people and must not allow campaign of misinformation
from expelled members like Mr Uche Tobias to derail his goal of repositioning
the organisation. Rules and regulations are there to guide the members, members
found engaging in corrupt and criminal acts must be shown the door. The corrupt
ex members like Uche Tobias is sufficient lesson for the NBM leadership. They need
to do more in terms of who they bring into the organisation. On the issue at
hand, the present Nigeria government would do with a lot of checks and balances
to remain focus and that is what credible Pan African organisations, the likes
    of NBM can offer.

It is important that NBM of Africa revert to the continued diatribe of our movement.

Firstly, it is important to note that NBM of Africa is a registered association by the CAC of the FGN. Our membership consists of assiduous, erudite, law abiding great minds, professionals and leaders that are ingrained in the fabric of this global village. We have one vision and mission to engage and redound vices of society that relates but not limited to poverty, social injustice and inequality. The article published in the Guardian Newspaper asserts and adduces the fact anent the caliber of our membership and our mantra that posits possible solutions that will redound the continued nuances of domestic terrorism in Nigeria.

It is regrettably unfortunate that some faceless person has relentlessly continued to spew offal in an effort to negatively stereotype this sui generis organization and at the same time has for unknown reason repeatedly continued to asserts bunkum lies to defame the characters of members of this sui generis organization.

Our progenitors opined that nobody throws stones at a barren tree. The continued diatribe of this movement is a testament to this adage.

Nonetheless, let this revert serves as a promise to those that are engaged in such illegal activities as prescribed under civil law that the day their true identity is revealed, such penson(s) will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

In closing, we members of NBM reassures the general global populace that we will not be deterred in our drive to eliminate social inequality and injustices. We will be remiss if we fail to thank the Guardian Newspaper for partnering with us as we proffer salient ideas that will expeditiously redound the current crisis that is faced in Northern Nigeria. We maintain a sanguine attitude that both organizations will continue to develop a robust synergy as we partner into the future.

I would want to begin by thanking everyone who believes in The ideology of NBM and i would also thank those who have criticized us Over the Years.. Your Negative Criticism has made us stronger, not forgetting the fact that You have also contributed to our popularity over a period of time with your Negative Criticism.. and i say thank you.

    BUT…….

    1) Where is your Proof?.. We have pictures, the press, the Orphans, the needy, the helpless and the poor speaking of our Good Deeds…

2). How did you even hear of NBM?…. I guess there can only be 2 answers to that.

3). Where did you get all those horrible things you write about NBM?.. There could only be one answer to that question.. (You where once a member)

4). Why have you decided to start a media war, instead of a legal war with NBM?.. I guess we all know the answer (YOU ARE FACELESS).

I have openly thrown 4 questions at you today, and i doubt if you have the if you have the courage to give me an answer, But allow me to tell the world the real answers to my question.

    1) You have NO PROOF,your accusation is baseless, and aimed at deforming the character of a widely acknowledged Organization. I believe you know the legal implications of that action.

2). (1. Maybe Our Good Works made you know us. OR (2. You where once one of us.).. Whichever one your answer is,one thing still remains “YOU CANNOT BE PART OF THE GOOD WORK ANYMORE!”..

3). This is very important and i want the WORLD to know,i wish you could tell the WORLD the truth.. Confess and the World would forgive you, because I believe NBM has forgiven you. I know you would not but i would help you so they can all understand your Mental state of mind and really see who the Criminal is…?

” UCHE TOBIAS” AS HE IS CALLED, USED TO BE A MEMBER/MEMBERS (AT LEAST THAT’S WHAT WE BELIEVE). OVER THE YEARS NBM UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF “MR.BEMIGHO”, HAS MADE IT A DUTY TO SANITIZE THE SYSTEM AND GET RID OF MISCREANTS, FRAUDSTERS, THIEVES, MURDERERS AND CRIMINALS. IT WAS THEN THAT THE SO CALLED “TOBIAS” AND HIS COHORTS WERE CAUGHT UP IN THE WEB AND THEY LOST THEIR MEMBERSHIP. IT IS ONLY RIGHT TO SAY “TOBIAS IS A THIEF, A MURDERER AND A FRAUDSTER” AND THAT IS WHY HE/THEY WERE EXCOMMUNICATED”

I put it to him that if what i say is false ,He should Show his face and defend himself. Which Organization wants such backward set of minds? Who wants to be associated with you and your evil deeds? NONE!

4). I guess we all know the answer ‘YOU ARE FACELESS’ and hide under the cloth of Social Media and the Internet. Secondly,You are wanted for the Murders and Fraudulent Act You committed, have you also thought of how you intend to write from Prison when the Law Finally catches up with you? I don’t think so! But your time would come soon.

Finally,I would want to encourage all Who believe in the future to continue in our struggle to make this world a better place and get rid of Such people.. The NEO BLACK MOVEMENT IS HERE TO STAY! and we shall not relent in our good Works.

    ISGH.

So the fine NH Mr. Bemigho-Eyeoyibo made it a duty to get rid of all sorts of criminals, including fraudsters? If that were true why didn’t he get rid of himself first?? Where is the credibility when a 419 scammer claims to get rid of 419 scammers?
As usual you are not making sense, crying for proof that is already published everywhere, but unable to provide an atom of proof for your own lies. Distract, lie & deny, as usual. This approach may keep you out of trouble in Naija because you can lie, bribe and threaten yourself out, and you can rely on corrupt journalists to publish your propaganda garbage for money. Since you assmen have made it a duty to pollute the entire world with your criminality, you will soon find out how functioning countries deal with a shabby mafia like NBM. Just wait and see 🙂

This partnership represents a combined enforcement strategy, specializing in the investigation of mass marketing fraud in, or originating from within, the province of Ontario with cross-border implications.

During August 2014, members of the Mass Marketing Section started a fraud-related investigation, which revealed a “romance scam” involving a 63-year-old widow from Toronto. The romance scam occurred during the first half of 2014. The victim was allegedly defrauded of approximately $609,000.

Investigators worked with members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Postal Inspection Service. This joint investigation uncovered the identities of individuals allegedly responsible for the cross-border laundering of proceeds of crime with a criminal organization.

    It is alleged that:

    – proceeds were obtained via a variety of fraudulent schemes directed against the public

    – victims were encouraged to wire funds to a various bank accounts

    – the funds were laundered and disseminated back to those directing the fraudulent schemes

On October 7, 2015, members of the Financial Crimes Unit, assisted by Peel Regional Police, executed a search warrant. Ikechukwu Amadi, 34, of Mississagua, and Lineo Molefe, 31, of Toronto were arrested. They have been charged in relation to the “romance scam” with:

    1. Laundering the Proceeds of Crime
    2. Fraud Over $5000

    It is further alleged that:

    – Akohomen Ighedoise, 41, of Toronto, is a member of an organization known as The Black Axe or Neo-Black Movement of Africa. The Neo-Black Movement of Africa is a transnational organization with affiliates in major cities around the globe, known as “zones.”

    – Akohomen Ighedoise was actively laundering the proceeds of crime with/for other Black Axe members for monetary benefit

    He has been charged with:

    1. Laundering the Proceeds of Crime
    2. Fraud Over $5000
    3. Participating in a Criminal Organization

    It is alleged that:

    – the Black Axe/Neo-Black Movement are attempting to intimidate and exert influence upon Nigerian diaspora within the Greater Toronto Area

Toronto Police is encouraging anyone with information to please contact police or Crime Stoppers.

Based upon their own investigation, with assistance from the Toronto Police Service, the FBI recently indicted six individuals in an alleged vast wire fraud and money laundering conspiracy, where conspirators attempted to defraud victims of more than $5 billion.

Akohomen Ighedoise and Ikechukwu Amadi are among those indicted. The United States intends to seek extradition of Akohomen Ighedoise and Ikechukwu Amadi upon the conclusion of their respective Canadian cases. Additional U.S. indictments are expected in the immediate future.

    It is alleged that:

    – Akohomen Ighedoise utilized the alias Martin Acker or Martins Acker Jr

    – he claimed to be a representative of the United Nations

    – this ruse was supported by the use of forged UN identification dating as far back as 2011.

Police believe there may be other victims.

The Toronto Police Service is appealing to anyone who may have had dealings with the man pictured or had dealings with a person using the name of Martin Acker.

Canada and the USA join the list of countries classifying the NBM as a “criminal organisation”

As stated in the Criminal Code, section 467.1(1), a “criminal organization” means a group, however organized, that

a)is composed of three or more persons in or outside Canada; and,

    b) has as one of its main purposes or main activities the facilitation or commission of one or more serious offences, that, if committed, would likely result in the direct or indirect receipt of a material benefit, including a financial benefit, by the group or by any one of the persons who constitute the group.

So…. whereas the Guardian may senselessly post NBM propaganda the real world (the public, governments and law enforcement) are very much more interested in an objective and factual representation of what the NBM is.

Whereas the Guardian may describe the NBM as “a pan-african group”. The real world describes them as an international mafia.

“its main purposes or main activities the facilitation or commission of one or more serious offence”

Good night North America Zones. It’s been nice knowing you 🙂
