MOST marketers in Ibadan, Oyo State capital yesterday sold the premium a Motor Spirit (PMS) above government’s stipulated price.

While the major marketers sold at N97, most of the independent marketers sold between N100 and N110.

Most of them said they were still selling old stock when The Guardian asked why they had not changed the pump price to reflect the new change.
