WE HAVE TO TAKE A STRONG POSITION ON THE ISSUE RAPE.PERSONS ACCUSED OF THIS OFFENCE SHOULD BE PROPERLY INVESTIGATE AND IF FOUND GUILTY SHOULD BE MADE TO FACE THE APPROPRIATE PUNISHMENT.PARENTS SHOULD EDUCATE THEIR WARDS TO REPORT ANY CASE OF IN APPROPRIATE MOVE BY ADULTS.
That is why Nigeria needs to keep death sentence as part of a needed punishment. Folks like that who destroy young girls or boys lives, should be under special law, be sent to jail for 40 years at least without parole.
We will review and take appropriate action.
