An Abuja-based paediatrician and public health expert, Dr Yashua Alkali Hamza, has called on Nigerians to indulge in physical activities to enhance their wellbeing.

Yashua who is the chief executive officer of the Wellcare and Wellness Clinics in Utako, explained that the decision of her outfit to sponsor the 2023 Annual Squash Tournament in Abuja was aimed at achieving the goal.

Warning the citizenry to be wary of the dangers associated with sedentary lifestyles, she contended that that a healthy populace has a direct bearing to the growth of the country.
