Rivers govt alerts on suspected cloning of Amaechi’s phone numbers
The Rivers Government on Saturday alerted the public on suspected cloning of telephone numbers belonging to the state governon, Chibuike Amaechi.
A statement by the government said that the intention of the persons behind the act was to discourage people from voting.
The statement signed by Amaechi’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr David Iyofor, in Port Harcourt, said the criminals who did the cloning used the governor’s telephone numbers to send out fake text messages to people not to come out and vote.
The government, however, urged the public to disregard any message telling them to ignore the elections.
“Please, that text message is not from Gov. Amaechi,” it stated.
The statement stressed that the governor’s position remained that Rivers voters should come out to vote in the election.
“People should disregard that fake text message,” it added.

Amaechi is a compulsive liar, a bogus propaganda, attention seeker who has personality disorder and paranoia and can never stop. He should be tired now as he has lost credibility and trust. Amaechi is full of shit.
We will review and take appropriate action.
