Stressing on her agenda for the club in her next one year in office, she said her administration had prepared a list of humanitarian projects to embark on that would benefit Cross River indigenes.

She said, “We have been asked by our Rotary InternationaI President Ravi Ravindran, to be gifts to our world and he has challenged all Rotarians to put our own drops of water to make the ocean richer.

“To heed this call, we have lined up several projects in the six Rotary areas of focus, which we intend to embark upon”.

Ekam commended the members, most especially the past leaders for initiating projects on education, health and economic empowerment of Cross River people.

In her words: “We promise to embrace this challenge and to continue doing these great works that you began in our club 30 years ago”.
