Member of Ondo State House of Assembly and Chair, House Committee on Tertiary Institutions, representing Okitipupa Constituency I, Chris Ayebusiwa, has commenced the Deputy Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Abayomi Akinruntan, as he celebrates birthday anniversary.

Ayebusiwa, in a statement released on his Facebook page, on Saturday, described the lawmaker and prince of Ugbo Kingdom as a consummate asset to the legislative arm of government, given his vast experience as a ranking member of the House of Assembly.

The message reads: “Prince Abayomi Babatunde Akinruntan has been around for awhile, with noted contributions to community development; he also bears an aura of warmth while his vast experience in the legislative business makes him a consummate asset.

“He has given good accounts of himself as a ranking legislator with meritorious record of service in the various capacities; he has has since made good marks both as a Parlimentary Secretary and Deputy Speaker.”

Chris Ayebusiwa sent good wishes to the Deputy Speaker, saying: “I heartily congratulate my brother, elder, and ranking lawmaker in the hallowed chamber, Rt. Hon (Prince) Abayomi Akinruntan. As he marks another milestone, I wish him, on behalf of my family and constituency, a new, happy circle of greater accomplishments.”
