If it is “routine” why have the residents not experienced it before? And why were they not warned in advance? Or is this another bulletin from APC Press?
What is routine about what have not happened throughout Jonathan administration. Or there was no military that time? And why did they not warn the residents to keep of that zone as there will be test of equipments? The statements from the military looks more like a lie. How could they have thought that the residents will not panic given that there was blasts in Abuja environs just Friday. If it was anything testing then they insensitive to the sensibilities of residents of that area. It appears they did that to tell Boko that they (military ) are on red alert in case if they are planning an attack visit.
We will review and take appropriate action.
