Chief Executive Officer of Lost in a City, Tannaz Bahnam, said the kitchen this year would host a pool of emerging talents in the industry and provide them with a platform to compete.
Director, Area Marketing of MasterCard, Yosola Atere, informed that dining is one of the payment company’s passions, adding that The Kitchen Nigeria is an opportunity to groom and support small enterprises (SMEs) in the sector, where aspiring restaurateurs have an opportunity to test their abilities as far as running of a business in a challenging environment is concerned.
