Technology should solve problems, not create complexity, says CDLPHUB boss

Group Chief Executive Officer of Concept De La Paix Hub (CDLPHUB), Peace Adedokun

Group Chief Executive Officer of Concept De La Paix Hub (CDLPHUB), Peace Adedokun, has said technology must be developed to solve practical business challenges and simplify operations rather than create additional layers of complexity for organisations.

Adedokun stated this during the unveiling of CDLPHUB Solutions Ltd, the technology, software and digital transformation arm of the CDLPHUB, established to provide practical, scalable and innovative ICT services to businesses and institutions across diverse sectors.

According to him, the emergence of the new company reflects a response to changing market realities in which organisations increasingly require technology-driven solutions to address operational challenges and sustain growth.

“Technology should not be complicated, it should solve problems,” Adedokun said.

He explained that the company’s philosophy is rooted in functionality and impact, stressing that innovation should be judged by its capacity to improve processes, productivity and competitiveness.

“CDLPHUB Solutions was established with a clear purpose: to provide practical ICT solutions that help businesses become more efficient, innovative, and competitive,” he stated.

Adedokun noted that the organisation was created after recognising the increasing need for digital solutions that move beyond conventional business support.

“As industries evolved and organisations increasingly sought technology-driven solutions to complex operational challenges, the Group recognised the need to expand beyond traditional business support into delivering practical digital solutions capable of transforming businesses and institutions,” he said.

He also disclosed that the establishment of CDLPHUB Solutions aligns with the Group’s broader objective of helping organisations adopt digital tools that generate measurable value.

“This launch represents more than the unveiling of another technology company; it represents our commitment to helping organisations embrace digital transformation with confidence”, Adedokun added.

Underscoring the company’s problem-solving orientation, the CEO said the subsidiary was intentionally designed to address gaps that continue to hinder digital adoption among many businesses.

“Under my leadership as Group Chief Executive Officer, CDLPHUB Solutions has been established to bridge technological gaps, simplify digital processes, and provide organisations with intelligent systems that improve operational efficiency, productivity, innovation, and long-term growth,” he said.

The company officially commences operations from July 1, 2026 with a portfolio of services targeting both public and private sector organisations. These include software development, business automation, website and mobile application development, digital transformation initiatives, branding and digital systems, customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, enterprise technology tools, IT consulting and technical support services.

He added that Mr Olusegun Olopade would oversee the new subsidiary’s operations and strategic execution to ensure that the company’s services respond directly to the realities of today’s digital economy.

Adedokun said these offerings reflect the company’s emphasis on practicality and market relevance.

“These offerings align with the company’s strategic focus on delivering practical, market-oriented technology solutions,” he noted.

The company has also adopted the mission statement, “To solve real market problems through smart ICT solutions,” which Adedokun said encapsulates its approach to innovation.

“Technology should be accessible, practical, and transformative—not merely innovative for innovation’s sake,” he said.

He stressed that the success of technology initiatives should be measured by their ability to address tangible challenges facing businesses and institutions.

“Every solution developed by CDLPHUB Solutions will therefore be driven by a commitment to solving real business challenges, improving customer experiences, and creating sustainable value for clients,” Adedokun stated.

The establishment of the subsidiary also forms part of a wider restructuring within the CDLPHUB Group, which now operates under a strengthened governance framework comprising a parent holding company, an advisory board and specialised subsidiaries functioning under unified strategic leadership.

According to the company, the structure is intended to promote accountability, operational excellence, sustainable expansion and investor readiness.

Adedokun maintained that CDLPHUB Solutions intends to position itself as a trusted technology partner for organisations seeking innovation that produces measurable impact, adding that “a new solution rises” as businesses increasingly look for technology that addresses real-world problems.
