An accident involving a Lagos-bound Mazda passenger bus and truck at Pakuro, along Lagos- Ibadan Expressway, has killed three persons and left several others injured.

An eye witness said the truck crashed into the bus after its brakes failed.

The injured commuters have been rushed to the nearest hospitals.
