Trusted Transfers backs Tech X Creators Expo in Lagos

Fintech company Trusted Transfers has been announced as an official sponsor of the Tech X Creators Expo (TXCE), scheduled for Saturday, 23 August 2025, at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event, curated by Blubox Academy, will bring together innovators, digital content creators and entrepreneurs from across Africa for a day of workshops, panel discussions and networking opportunities.

Chike Henry Obinugwu, founder of Trusted Transfers, is expected to speak on “Loopholes in the Content Creation Space that Tech Innovations Can Correct,” highlighting how new technologies can help creators and entrepreneurs overcome challenges in monetisation and global access.

Organisers said the expo is designed to serve as a platform for students, professionals and aspiring creatives to exchange ideas on technology-driven solutions in videography, cinematography and digital storytelling.

Trusted Transfers, which provides cross-border payment solutions for individuals and businesses, said its support for the expo reflects its commitment to removing financial barriers for African creators and entrepreneurs. The company noted that it began by addressing the everyday struggles of young professionals and students — including delayed allowances, liquidity gaps and difficulties with international payments — and has since expanded into wider financial technology services.

As part of its sponsorship, Trusted Transfers confirmed it would offer attendees access to some of its financial products, including foreign currency accounts, stablecoin wallets and virtual cards, subject to registration and verification.
The Tech X Creators Expo will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Landmark Centre.
