The Country Representative of United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Oliver Stolpe, and Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, Professor Itse Sagay, are among others dignitaries scheduled to speak at the launch of FLAG’IT, a new mobile and web application device designed by the Akin Fadeyi Foundation.

The project initiated by the Foundation, is scheduled to take place on Thursday, at the Shehu Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja.

A new innovation from the Conveners of the ‘Corruption Not In My Country’ anti-corruption project, Akin Fadeyi Foundation, FLAG’IT is funded by MacArthur Foundation to further promote the anti-corruption fight in Nigeria by opening up opportunities to the public to report and document their encounters of corruption and equally engage government officials on issues bordering on service delivery and corrupt practices across the country.

Sagay will deliver the keynote address, while the Publisher of Premium Times, Mr. Dapo Olorunyomi, Corp Marshal of Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC), Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi, Co-Director, On-Nigeria and Africa Director, MacAuthur Foundation, Dr. Kole Shettima, and Founder of The Cable online Newspaper, Simon Kolawole, are all billed to speak on various topics at the event.
