Briscoe delivers luxury homes in Lagos

TWENTY-FIVE luxury homes, occupying a land space of about two and half acres of land located at Michael Ogun Street, within the low-density of Ikeja Government Reserved Area (GRA), packaged as Orchid Court, property of Briscoe Properties Limited (BPL) was last week commissioned.

   The tastefully finished homes with only 30 percent yet unsold as at press time, played a toast to numerous customers, contractors, friends and well wishers of the owner, BPL, who had come to behold the glistering beauty of a distinctive architectural statement within the high-fliers’ settlement in Lagos.

  Indeed, the estate, which is another mini-community, has seven different house types within its fold, including apartments, penthouse flats, duplexes, triplexes, semi-detached and detached houses. 

  It took two years for BPL, a subsidiary of RT Briscoe Nigeria Plc get the homes built on a once upon a ‘forest’ within the GRA.  Today, the homes have again raised the bar of Nigeria’s real estate industry and professionals, many of whom were commended for the ‘high quality’ job done.

  The gated estate, was designed with recreation facilities include beautiful landscaped outdoors, children’s play area, swimming pool, recreational gym, and generous terraces and safety features as electric fence, intercom and video door phone to delight of the subscribers.

  At the commissioning ceremony, Group Chairman, R.T. Briiscoe, Mr. Clement Olowokande, said he was particularly delighted with the commencement and timely completion of the project, assuring that all subscribers would enjoy their stay, as the company would be on hand to manage the property for life.  “Briscoe story is known to all of us, we just don’t build and run away; we maintain for life.”

  Visibly delighted with the execution of the project, Olowokande, an accountant, pledged to take on board all subcontractors engaged for the edifice.

Group Managing Director, Mr. Seyi Onajide, said R.T. Briscoe, a household particularly in the automobile industry had in 2002 saw the need to diversify and that decision led to the formation of its property arm. “Some years ago, precisely, 2002, we in Briscoe decided to diversify and one of the areas we identified was the property sector.
