ARM Properties has launched a programme to encourage middle class segment of the population solve its housing need through an open bid arrangement to homeownership.

The idea, according to the firm, is to evolve easier yet reliable way to help Nigerians, particularly those within the middle level cadre to overcome usual problems often associated with securing decent and functional homes.

Placed on offer is a Fara Park estate, located within Ajah neighborhood in the fast developing area of the state.

The properties comprise a three en-suite bedrooms, L-shaped living and dining room, fitted kitchen, laundry store, upstairs family room, approximate 3.85 x 7.85metre garden, private gated 24-hour security estate, swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball court with a 24-hour electricity. While the terrace zone sells for N35m, the reserved price is pegged at N28m.

Speaking at the event, Managing Director, ARM Properties, Mr. Balogun Ashiru, said his company, owner of the residential estate, was closing out and selling its remaining inventory of homes and plots of land in Fara Park.

“We are doing a close-out- sale of all the remaining houses to the public at discounted prices. As you can see from the environment here, Fara Park is a middle-income development. The biggest benefit is that buyers can pay over a period of a longer time for a property that is ready today. Think about it, I have a house ready today and I tell you to pay over a longer period, only few developers can afford to do that.”

Ashiru said ARM’s target markets are the residents in the already existing estate, the middle-income class and also the general public. He added that, the residents have actually lived on the estate and they have seen the benefits of living there.
