As housing remains central to wealth creation in Africa, real estate entrepreneur Oladipupo Clement and financial expert Dr Olumide Emmanuel are set to lead conversations that explore how ordinary Africans can build lasting wealth through property investment.

The sixth edition of the Mega Housing Summit (MHS 2025), hosted  Oladipupo Clement and sponsored by LIFEPAGE Property and Investments Limited, will be held virtually on Saturday, 25 October 2025, at 7 PM (WAT), 7 PM (UK), and 2 PM (EST).

The event, The Guardian reports, is expected to bring together professionals, investors, and aspiring homeowners from across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Themed around practical wealth-building, this year’s event will feature seasoned speakers who will share insights into navigating Africa’s real estate market amid shifting economic realities.

The sessions will focus on strategies for sustainable property investment, avoiding common pitfalls, and understanding real estate as a vehicle for intergenerational wealth.

Dr. Olumide Emmanuel, a bestselling author and financial intelligence coach, will deliver the keynote address titled “Wealth Architecture 2030: Building Assets That Outlive You.” His presentation will examine how individuals can structure their real estate portfolios to ensure long-term stability and inheritance value.

The host, Clement, will speak on “Ways to Make Money from Real Estate,” offering insights into emerging trends and opportunities within Nigeria’s property sector. Another speaker, Opeyemi Oni, Executive Director of Products and Estate Development at LIFEPAGE, will address “Mistakes to Avoid When Buying a Property in Nigeria,” a session aimed at first-time buyers and investors navigating a complex market.

Speaking ahead of the summit, Clement said the initiative was born out of a desire to make wealth creation accessible to more people through knowledge.
