Fine and Country opens new office in FCT
FOREMOST real estate firm, Fine and Country International (W.A) has launched a new office address at the prestigious Harrow Club Golf Park in Abuja.
The private unveiling of the Abuja office was held last week and witnessed by guests from both the public and private sectors, including real estate developers, investors, distinguished members of the upper legislative arm, high network individuals and well wishers.
Fine and Country has been in operation since 2008 with its headquarters in Lagos and has been in active operation in Abuja at the same time.
It is responsible for the advisory, marketing and sales activities on some of the most prestigious projects in Abuja such as the World Trade Centre, Maitama Heights, Asokoro Garden by SEDL amongst others.
The need to further consolidate its Abuja activities and with the increase in demand of its services especially in Northern Nigeria has led to seeking a permanent, new location for easier access to esteemed clients, according to the Country Managing Director, John Strang.
He said: “I am excited to lead the expansion of Fine and Country in Nigeria. This opening represents an important milestone in our company’s development history and is our own way of responding to our clients needs by being closer to them to support their strategic, real estate initiatives.
“It also supports our goal as a company of becoming a household name for excellent real estate services in Nigeria. We have been in Abuja for 6 years and feel this is the right time to create a hub for all our activities.
Our love and passion for real estate strengthens our promise to deliver cutting edge services in real estate and Abuja plays a pivotal role in the development of real estate in Nigeria and Africa.
“We analyze and refine to create project differentiation and to identify and define a development’s unique selling point in order to maximize value creation and market acceptance.”
