In Nigeria’s fast-evolving real estate space, Uvest has positioned itself as the number one choice for Gen Zs and Millennials, not just as a real estate company but as a movement. At the heart of this movement is Uvest Tribe, a dynamic community designed to empower young Nigerians by bridging the knowledge gaps within the real-estate industry —- helping aspiring realtors become trained and qualified professionals while building a strong support network.

Now, the company is doubling down on its community efforts with Korah Na’adzenga stepping into the role of Community Operations Manager.

Known for building and scaling communities across diverse industries—tech, Web3, hospitality, creative industries, and animation—Korah brings a wealth of experience that aligns seamlessly with Uvest’s vision.

Reflecting on his new role, Korah acknowledges that this will be his first time working in the real estate industry, but he embraces the challenge.

“This is new terrain for me, but that’s been the story of my career—moving across industries, from tech to creative to hospitality, and building strong communities in each,” he said. “Uvest is doing something special, making real estate accessible for young people, and I’m excited to grow the Uvest Tribe into a thriving, engaged network.”

Korah’s career is a testament to his ability to build engaged and impactful communities. At The Assembly Hub, he led the widely recognized Creative Class program, which provided young creative entrepreneurs with essential skills and industry connections. His work facilitated key partnerships with Sara by Wema Bank, The British Council, Guest Artists Space Foundation (GAS), and the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Digital and Creative Economy—cementing Creative Class as a launchpad for young professionals.

In the Web3 space, Korah played a pivotal role at Gamic, a blockchain gaming startup, where he grew user engagement, expanded the community, and secured strategic partnerships that strengthened the platform’s positioning. His knack for building cultural experiences was also evident at RF Garden, where he helped create Owambe Thursdays at The Garden Ikoyi, a household social event that became a staple in Lagos’ nightlife.

Beyond these, his career spans roles at Magic Carpet Studios, an animation powerhouse, and BrandIt Moore, where he worked on workforce development initiatives with the Lagos State Employability Trust Fund.

With this new chapter at Uvest, Korah’s focus will be on deepening operations and scaling the Uvest Tribe community, ensuring that more young Nigerians see real estate as an achievable investment for their future.

His appointment signals a bold step forward for Uvest’s vision—not just as a real estate brand, but as a movement designed to shape the financial and investment future of young Nigerian.
