Veritasi Homes unveils The Claridge 1 premium scheme in Lagos
Encouraged by the historical appreciation in value within the Lekki corridor, Messrs Veritasi Homes Properties Limited has unfolded a new premium scheme in Sangatedo, known as The Claridge 1.
The estate is located within, the Abijo Government Residential Area (GRA), where properties are expected to appreciate over the next five to 10 years.
Over the last four years, Sangotedo has enjoyed an increase in real estate mostly as a result of the construction of the Ajah bridge and Lekki – Ajah road.

Speaking at the unveiling of The Claridge I, and the visit to the site, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Veritasi Homes, Adetola Nola explained that comfortable opulence is the driving force behind the estate development.
