No doubt, in the past few years, Oyefeso who used to be the darling of A-list society parties has maintained a low profile lifestyle for reasons best known to him, but the good news is that Oyefeso has gotten his groove back and is once again romancing the game that brought him fame and fortune.

In the 90s, hisname Oyefeso rented the air as he was always on the lips of Fuji music stars who sang his praises to high heavens.

On many occasions, he singlehandedly took music stars like Adewale Ayuba, Kola Ogunkoya, Kollington Ayinla, King Sunny Ade, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, Abass Akande Obesere to America for concerts when many of these musicians less dreamt of. Like a colossus, he ruled the entertainment industry for decades, but all of a sudden, things took a drastic turn and the showbiz guru recoiled into his shell. But now, it may interest you to know that Oyefeso is back and has started painting the town red once again.

In the past few weeks, the boss of Defesco Resources was spotted at different society events and award ceremonies. On October 31, the gregarious socialite was spotted at the Afro-Heritage Broadcasting and Entertainment Award, ABHEA in Houston, United States of America where he won a special recognition award.

On Friday, November 20, 2015, the showbiz guru was honoured with a special recognition award for his immense contribution towards the empowerment of women locally and internationally. Organized by Montage Africa Women of Excellence Award, MAWEA, Oyefeso was honoured amongst other eminent Nigerians which included Nigeria’s first lady, Hajia Aisha Buhari, Gov Nasir El-Rufai, Obiageli Ezekwesili, Blessing Okagbare and many others.
