White is a neutral colour and it works with everything. In certain choices of decoration, it can be warned up or cooled down, depending on the use of accent colours. Once a theme is selected, it is easy to decorate a white wall according to the theme.

In designing, white wall can be used to give an open, spacious feeling to a smaller work area. When settling for white walls in living spaces, consider that there are different shades of white out there and each paint brand makes their own wide variety. It is the undertone that sets them apart and can really affect the mood of room. Therefore, it is necessary to take note of the undertone and determine the one that fits best with the mood you are trying to create.

When the wall is white, there are a couple of ways to go with the furniture. A white on white look can go with white furniture. If this is the accepted option, ensure that it comes in different shades so that some depth and variation will be made in the room, otherwise it will seem uninspiring. Where going for colour is preferred, it is advisable to go for furniture that will pop against the white background and draw attention.
