This year’s edition of the highly anticipated Headies award has come and gone, but as expected, our favourite stars and celebrities turned up for the event literally dressed to kill.

This year’s edition of the highly anticipated Headies award has come and gone, but as expected, our favourite stars and celebrities turned up for the event literally dressed to kill. All looking glammed up and exquisite outfits, the show has indeed set the tone for the showbiz industry post COVID-19 era.

The red carpet is often a point of discussion at award shows and The Headies was no different. Of course, styles at award ceremony of this magnitude are usually either a hit or miss. As expected, guests saw several looks that made jaws drop, positively or negatively.

From all the glitz and glam from the red carpet reception with all shades of designs to the memorable appearances, there was no shortage of energetic performances, awe-inspiring speeches and lots more the 14th edition of the music award. Celebrities, including media personalities, actors and fashionistas brought on their A-game, kicking off the first award show of the year in style.

In a night filled with controversy and many critiques, Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, was voted the best-dressed woman of the night. Dressed by Toyin Lawani of Tiannah’s Place Empire, she smiled home with N250, 000 courtesy of Lush Hairs.

As soon as the announcement was made, many Nigerians took to their social media platforms to contest her emergence; with some arguing that other women were far better dressed. Notwithstanding, Ojo still smiled home with the cash prize.
