Mrs. Yemisi Wada, 51, born with silver spoon, daughter of Justice Bayo Adeniji, is presently joyful at the moment. She attended Buckingham University in the United Kingdom (UK) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990.
The tall and pretty former wife of Femi Fani-Kayode is full of joy on her 14 years of marriage to the billionaire businessman, Dahiru Wada. Yemisi heads one of the most respected Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) in Nigeria called Haven.
Her husband, Dahiru, is the son of Alhaji Inua Wada, a prominent and respected politician in the First Republic. He plays big in oil sector and owns Ortario Oil and Gas. The ageless mother of five is from the Adeniji family in Lagos, with her father being a retired Lagos judge, while she is a relative of former minister of Trade and Investment in the President Goodluck Jonathan administration, Mr. Segun Aganga.
No wonder Segun flew from London to witness his niece wed her long time boo, Jaiye Randle, who is the son of respected Lagos chartered accountant, Chief J.K Randle. Not many could believe that they have been married for over a decade and an example of what a successful marriage should be.
Yemisi described her husband in glowing terms in her recent interview when asked how she felts being Mrs. Wada. “It’s very interesting. My father in-law loves me very much and my husband has many brothers who are like him, very loving.
“So, I am living in an atmosphere of love. It is a very nice feeling. The best description of my husband is that he is a gentleman’s gentleman. “He is also very cultured and well travelled. He loves good food and travelling. He is very well read and extensively knowledgeable in all things. He is very generous and kind almost to a fault,” she said.
