Omawumi’s third album Timeless beckons

After numerous delays, singer Omawumi third album, Timeless is here. The new body of work is expected to be release under the Cabal Entertainment, a company in business partnership with Jay Z’s ROC Nation would hit the market shelves later this month.

The album should have been out last year, as Omawumi, last year began work on the project but had to switch her branding to fit in. Grammy-winning African legend from Benin Republic, Angelique Kidjo worked with the Megbele singer, to much fanfare and coverage.

Omawumi last dropped a new material in January 2016. She followed up in January 2017, with Butterflies. TV and radio rotation across the country and parts of the continent rotated the new song.

Cabal Entertainment, is owned by Obi Asika (former co-owner of defunct Storm 360) and Chris Ubosi (CEO of Megaelectrics Limited, owners of Beat FM, Classic FM and Naija FM).
